The New Robertson Co, Kentucky archery record
For all the people that don't know where Robertson County is it's the smallest county in the state it borders Harrison County, Nicholas County, Bracken County, and Pendleton County. On October the fourth of 2009 what was considered to be the new county record had been taken in a little small town called Mount Olivet in Robertson County. This majestic whitetail was taken by a Mister Chris Caldwell hunting on Private land with his Father. That Day was like any other day it was cloudy and overcast highs in the 60's but little did Mister Caldwell know that his life would change and that he would be the new holder of the county record and as of January 18,2010 it was the biggest typical buck taken with a bow during the 2009-2010 season and is ranked at 17 in the state. The monster buck green scord at 169 7/8 an eigth inch shy form 170, and it final scored at 166 6/8. The big buck will be debut in the Kentucky Game and Fish Magazine, and also in the Kentucky Hunting and Trapping guide for the 2010-2011 season.
